1. Pick-up - is carried out by prior order. We offer the following pick-up options:

2. Delivery by transport companies SDEK, Energia, as well as Russian Post (including EMS)
- Shipment is carried out to the terminal (pick-up point or post office) of the carrier or to the customer's door (in accordance with the customer's preferences). By default, unless otherwise specified, the shipment is processed to the terminal.
- The cost and delivery time are calculated according to the carrier's rates directly during the order process and depend directly on the weight of the order, its dimensions, and the remoteness of the settlement.
- After shipment, a message with a tracking number (SMS, Whatsapp or e-mail) is sent to one of the buyer's contacts specified in the order for independent tracking of the parcel on the carrier's website.
- The buyer tracks the date of receipt of the goods independently using the sent tracking number.
- Upon arrival of the goods at the order pick-up point, the receiving terminal or the post office, the parcel is stored there for a certain time (in accordance with the carrier's regulations), then sent back.
- Russian Post does not deliver notifications of parcel arrival regularly, so track the arrival of the parcel by tracking number (we send you by SMS, Whatsapp, e-mail) or bother the postal workers with a personal visit (on average, the parcel takes 2 weeks to arrive in Russia).
- Re-sending of the returned parcel is made at the expense of the addressee.
- In case of refusal to receive the parcel by the addressee, at his request, the money paid for the order is returned minus the costs of shipping in both directions and packaging, but only after the sender receives the goods in a form suitable for sale.
3. Delivery by other transport companies and courier services by agreement.
ATTENTION! Payment for delivery and packaging services is paid separately (in accordance with the tariffs of the carrier company).
Delivery is carried out in different ways throughout Russia. Delivery to near and far abroad countries only with 100% payment for the goods and delivery.
Delivery to the carrier company when shipping from a warehouse in Khabarovsk or Moscow is free!
